Silicone inside the perimeter of the end caps or the Vinyl downspout is a must! To achieve the best results, let the silicone cure for a full 24 hours before adding water to your hydroponic setup. This curing time allows the silicone to form a strong bond, enhancing its waterproof properties and ensuring a long-lasting seal.

1/2″ output was tested with many different fittings, and I found that some of them fit perfectly, and some of them are a little bit loose, that’s why in some cases you would need to apply silicone or Sealant/Teflon Tape to seal the connection.

The package includes JUST the end caps. The vinyl downspout and the silicon are NOT included.
