A video of a weatherman getting slapped in the face by a fish during a storm in Norway is making the rounds on social media. We can’t get enough of it, mostly because the guy in the video handles the whole thing so well.
According to the New York Post, David Jørgenvåg was reporting the weather amidst “hurricane-like 120 mph wind gusts” when a fish flew into view and slapped him across the face, knocking him down.
You might think that’s the best part of the video, but it’s actually not. The best part is what happens immediately afterward, but we won’t spoil it for you.
Let’s just say, things get worse for Jørgenvåg. However, he handles it remarkably well, which makes us feel better for laughing at the whole thing.
Watch as this good sport of a weatherman gets slapped by a fish . . . and more:
Did you expect that reaction? It’s the scream and the hysteric laughter for us. Also, where did that fish come from, exactly?
Although this fish fiasco happened back in February, when Storm Ingunn pummeled Norway as “one of the strongest storms to hit Norway in 30 years,” the video has recently resurfaced on social media.
We can’t say we’re sorry to see it pop up again. It’s really funny, and it’s also a good reminder of the power of Mother Nature.
