The Nepal tomato produces good yields of 8-12 oz., globe shaped, bright red, uniform fruits similar in size to beefsteak tomatoes. Not only does this tomato have classic tomato looks and thin skin, but it is also juicy and meaty with a delicious old fashioned tomato flavor that balances sweetness and acidity. This variety is tasty on sandwiches, in salads, or as a fresh snack with a little bit of salt and pepper. It’s quite versatile, and can also be processed and canned as well.
