A couple that entered an archaeological site at Canyonlands National Park, unaware that they were being filmed by a trail camera, is being sought in connection with theft from the site.

The camera captured a man and woman going past “closed area” signs to enter the Cave Spring Cowboy Camp in the Needles District of the park and removing “artifacts from a cabinet, and handl[ing] historic harnesses in a manner that had potential to damage them.”
