The easy to grow plant grows 2-3 feet tall and wide, with gray-green leaves covered with fine hair (hoar), and small pink, lavender, or white flowers.
Versatile and Beneficial – Horehound’s fresh leaves have a strong aroma keeps deer at bay and attracts beneficial pollinators, but they are not good to eat or use in cooking until dried.
