Our 10lb bag covers roughly 15 sq. ft. and can be reapplied after each harvest, whatever you don’t use just roll up and store somewhere shaded and it will be ready for the next project. A quarter inch and it’s a cinch. If you have existing gardens, trees, flowers, etc. you only need to apply roughly a quarter inch across the roots of the plant or until you cover up the existing soil then you simply add water. If you are repotting or starting a new project you can add slightly more and mix in with the soil, then plant and water. We recommend a 5:1 ratio. 5 parts of the soil of your choice and 1 part of our compost. Reapply after every harvest or every quarter for the best results.
